Attorney Anthony “Tony” Oropallo Esq.
Mr. Oropallo has been practicing law since 2001 and is a member of the California Applicant’s Attorneys Association (CAAA). Prior to law school at Western State University where he graduated with honors and interned for then Presiding Justice David G. Sills at the California Court of Appeals, 4th District, he attended the California Maritime Academy majoring in Nautical Industrial Technology and California State University, Los Angeles majoring in Finance.
Prior to entering the legal profession, he worked in the securities, maritime and real estate industries and spent a number of years living and working overseas in various parts of Asia.
His legal years have almost exclusively been focused on Workers Compensation and for approximately 13 years he represented employers and insurance companies in defending Workers’ Compensation claims. Through the years, he has successfully tried numerous Workers’ Compensation cases. In recent years, however, he perceived a growing unfairness in the treatment of injured workers and redirected his purpose to representing and assisting injured workers through the legal process.

Attorney Daniel P. Kondos
Daniel Kondos is the founder and owner of Daniel P. Kondos, S.C. Law Offices in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he was born and raised.
Attorney Kondos graduated from Marquette University in 1969 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and he received his Law degree from Valparaiso Law School in 1973.
Attorney Kondos was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1973 and, subsequently, to the State Bar of Texas.
Together, with his sister in-law, Carol Kondos, they formed Kondos & Kondos Law Offices in Dallas, Texas in 1984.
What started out as a general practice, that covered family law, criminal law and corporate law has transformed into a law firm that is strongly devoted to protecting the rights of injured people. An experienced trial attorney, Dan Kondos is committed to the well being of his clients and is passionate about helping those who have been injured. Attorney Kondos has been representing Wisconsin injury victims since 1973.
Attorney Kondos has successfully represented thousands of personal injury victims throughout Wisconsin, Texas and the United States.

Attorney Carol C. Kondos
Carol Kondos grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and went to college at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, receiving her Bachelor of Science degree.
Carol went to law school at the University of Loyola School of Law in Chicago, Illinois.
Carol passed the Illinois Bar exam and received her license to practice law in Illinois.
During the time that Carol began practicing law in Chicago, she also successfully passed the bar exam in Wisconsin and received her license to practice law in Wisconsin.
Carol split her time between the office in Chicago and Daniel P. Kondos Law Office’s in Milwaukee.
Carol and her husband, George Kondos, decided to move to Dallas, Texas in 1979.
Carol passed the Texas Bar Exam, received her Texas license and has been practicing law in the Metroplex ever since.
Together, with her brother-in-law, Daniel P. Kondos, they formed Kondos & Kondos Law Offices in 1984.

Carol is a member of various bar associations, and performs pro bono legal work through Legal Services of North Dallas.
Carol also judges the State Mock Trial competitions every year where high school students across the State try cases before a Judge and jury.
Rebecca Hutton – Of Counsel
Rebecca was born and raised in the Catskills in New York as well as Atlanta, Georgia. Rebecca began her studies at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, earning an A.O.S. in Acting. After graduating from AADA, Rebecca took the craft and her love of theater to a new arena – politics. Rebecca continued her studies at Hunter College in New York City, where she earned her B.A. in Political Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Rebecca then successfully advocated in New York City and State legislatures and political campaigns on behalf of established non-profits. After a sabbatical interning for Hillary Rodham Clinton in the U.S. Senate, Rebecca turned her passion for advocacy in a new direction – law.
Rebecca earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, graduating with the highest honors in Trial Advocacy and Fact Investigation. While in law school, Rebecca honed her research, writing, and trial techniques by clerking with the Los Angeles County District Attorney and the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Rebecca was also certified by the California State Bar to perform attorney services while still in law school for prestigious public interest organizations and private civil rights law firms.
After graduating from law school, Rebecca represented non-profits, small businesses, government entities and employers in the areas of labor and employment, personal injury, general liability, contracts and business law, constitutional issues and civil rights at a premier boutique law firm in Los Angeles. Rebecca handled litigation cases from inception through trial, including bench and jury trials. Rebecca has worked on ‘both sides of the aisle’ – representing both plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and businesses – giving her a unique advantage to see the entire picture and advise clients accordingly. Rebecca’s creative solutions have led to innovative results both in and out of the courtroom.
Rebecca believes in zealous and aggressive representation, tempered with creative solutions to minimize risk and maximize success. Rebecca’s focus is client – centric; Rebecca firmly believes that a lawyer’s role is to provide legal support to her client’s passions and vision – giving a solid platform to enable clients to continue to grow and resolve issues in a supported environment.
Marla Reiter – Of Counsel
Marla has thoroughly enjoyed practicing Workers Compensation law for the last 20 years. During the first 18 years, she represented employers and insurance carriers in defense of workers compensation claims, from the inception of the case through trial.
In the last 2 years, she began representing injured workers, preparing them for deposition and trial.
Marla uses her experience of having handled both sides of the coin in evaluating each case and obtaining the best settlement for the injured worker.
Marla earned her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. She earned her undergraduate degree in French and International Relations from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
When Marla is not handling Workers Compensation matters, you will find her hiking on one of the many beautiful trails in southern California.
Ronni Stewart – Of Counsel
Ronni received the Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School Law Angeles in 1990 and attended law school on a Tuition Academic Scholarship where she received the American Jurisprudence Award in Trial Advocacy.
Ronni also clerked at the State Attorney General’s Office during the summer break.
Ronni worked as a civil litigator for ten years specializing in insurance bad faith law representing policy holders in claims against insurance companies who refused to pay.
For the past twenty years, Ronni has litigated workers’ compensation claims. Experience and compassion matters. Ronni understands that employers and their insurance companies make it tough to get the benefits and assistance you need when you are injured at work.
Ronni listens to your concerns and questions and spends time working with you to get you the results you seek.
Hearing Representative Jose Avina
Jose Avina is a senior workers’ compensation legal professional with over 8 years’ experience exclusively in the field of Workers’ Compensation representing injured workers.
Over the last 4 years, Jose has worked side by side with Attorney, Anthony Oropallo, to better serve injured workers, understand their needs and goals in order to help strategize the best course of action to resolve the issues involved in the case.
Jose is a member of the California Applicants Attorney Association, an organization devoted to advocate for injured workers, and he is committed to ensure that they are given the medical treatment and compensation they deserve.
Dayene Martinez – Case Manager
Dayene is a senior workers’ compensation Legal Professional with over 5 years’ experience exclusively in the field of Workers’ Compensation representing injured workers.
Dayene has extensive experience in litigation and trial preparation in the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
Over the last 2 years, Dayene has worked side by side with Attorney Anthony Oropallo to better serve the injured worker in regard to understanding their individual needs and goals.
Dayene is devoted to her clients and strives to assist, strategize and implement the best course of action to resolve the issues involved in their case.

Marlene Salazar – Case Manager
Marlene is a senior workers compensation legal professional with over 6 years’ of experience in the field representing injured workers.
Focused on providing her clients with great customer service while helping each respective client understand the process of their case. With each case bringing a unique challenge, Marlene is dedicated and committed to work with her clients to ensured they are provided the appropriate medical care and compensation they deserve.
Marlene has fast become an invaluable member of the Workers Compensation Southern California Team.
Catalina Ruiz – Receptionist & Legal Assistant
In addition to being the receptionist at our main, front desk, Catalina has 5 years of Workers Compensation experience and performs a wide variety of administrative and supportive duties to the Case Managers and the Attorney’s at the Law Office.
Robert Cruz – Legal Assistant

Born and raised in East Los Angeles. Robert attended East Los Angeles Community College.
